NEWSLETTER

Hello! I’m Luke and founder of Track Domestique, a weekly newsletter about all the latest in the worlds of track & field and cycling!

For the past two decades, my life has centered around track & field, cross country meets, road races and the latest happenings in the sport. It has provided me with terrific experiences, friendships, and lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

At the same time, I’ve been a fervent follower of the sport of cycling. While I’ve barely ever clipped into a bike and rode around enough to consider myself a cyclist, I’m a passionate supporter of the riders, races, and the highs and lows the sport presents every season.

Interestingly, I think my interest in cycling grew from the early days of my training for high school cross country. A time where I would wake up at dawn to get in a few miles and then glue myself to the TV in the early hours of the day to watch the Tour de France.

While it might not seem like it right away, track & field and cycling have a lot in common, as well as lot of exciting and interesting happenings that often get overlooked. My hope is that by sharing my passion, the storylines, and main figures in both sports, you catch the bug and turn into a track & field / cycling superfan!
