Driven, Passionate, Community Running Leader

I’m a Patterson, NY, native who grew up with days centered around track or cross country meets. After high school and four competitive years as a DIII student-athlete. In addition to valuable experiences such as spending extensive time in Iten, Kenya, or professionally covering road races, my lifelong love for the sport was cemented. I never wanted to stop working towards team goals, taking in and devouring running media, or learning more about the sport–even if I wasn’t lacing up spikes myself! Shortly after graduating from Tufts University, I was able to become a collegiate cross country/track & field coach and immerse myself in coaching. Over the last decade and in addition to competively coaching at the NCAA level, I’ve been able to work with collegiate, professional, and recreational runners, as well as play a role in the media, marketing, and sales areas of running.

With a life centered around running and its community, I will always find the most enjoyment from simply connecting with others over the love of our sport, sharing past experiences that have created moments of growth or setback, and the simple pursuits we chase after with running as the medium.
